Makkal Needhi Maiam founder Kamal Haasan on Wednesday, reportedly warned the Centre of a non-cooperation movement in Tamil Nadu over the Cauvery Management Board (CMB) issue. Speaking at a public meeting in Trichy, the actor-turned-politician reportedly said that the state will conduct a non-cooperation movement in a peaceful manner if the CMB is not formed.
