VIDEO: 'He Married her before getting Divorced', Ex- Wife opposes Actress Vanitha's Marriage!

Actress Vanitha Vijayakumar recently got married to filmmaker Peter Paul on Saturday at her residence in Chennai. The photos from the wedding became viral. The actress’ daughters from previous marriage, Jovika and Jaynitha were her bridesmaids. Christian customs were followed at the wedding. 

Vanitha rose to fame after participating in television reality show Big Boss Tamil. This is the actress’ third marriage. She was married to Akash and Anand Jay Rajan earlier. 

The filmmaker’s first wife, Elizabeth Helen has accused him of getting married to another woman before getting divorce from her and hence has filed a complaint against him at the Vadapalani police station. Reportedly, she stated that the couple has been separated for over seven years.

“When Behindwoods got in touch with the newly-wedded actress, Vanitha for her opinion regarding this complaint, she said that she knew about Peter's ex-wife. She also stated that the couple had separated 8 years ago and she married Peter knowing all these. She further mentioned that Elizabeth is now proceeding legal formalities just for money and had also apparently demanded from her an amount of 1 crore indirectly. Vanitha has mentioned that she will be approaching the case legally with the help of her lawyer.”

In an interview to Behindwoods Air, Elizabeth Helen stated that her husband has also been in relationships with other women over the years. She raised objections to the marriage.

A response from Peter Paul is awaited.
