According to reports, the opposition party DMK will be restructuring the party units in all the districts of Tamil Nadu in order to prepare for the forthcoming polls.
A three-member committee, led by former Union Minister T R Baalu was formed to make recommendations in this regard. The committee has submitted a report to DMK working president M K Stalin.
Currently, the party units have been divided into 65 district units. Though the party units were divided, inner-party conflicts among cadre at constituency level is the cause of concern, reported TNIE.
