DMK leader M.K. Stalin announced at a press meet that on behalf of the DMK party a black flag will be raised when Prime Minister Narendra Modi comes to Tamil Nadu next month. Allegedly, the PM will come on April 15 to Tamil Nadu.
Stalin reportedly said that they will raise a black flag as no action has been taken by the central government regarding implementing the Cauvery Management Board.
