According to reports, the DMK-led opposition party will be conducting a human chain on April 23 in all 32 districts of Tamil Nadu. The human chain will be held from 4 pm to 5 pm to condemn the central government for not taking any action in constituting the Cauvery Management Board.
Reportedly, Veeramani and K Balakrishnan in Chennai; Vaiko in Tanjore and Thirumavalavan in Krishnagiri will be taking part in the human chain.
