COVID-19 in TN Today: Positive Cases, Deaths and Recoveries as on July 12

Tamil Nadu on Sunday, July 12, reported 4,210 new cases of COVID-19, taking the total number of cases in the state to 46,969

- Total number of active cases on date (including isolation) -   46,969

- Total number of Male/Female/Transgender tested positive till date – 84,535/ 53,912/ 23

- Total number of functioning COVID-19 testing facilities –105 (53 govt. And 52 Private)

- Total number of samples tested till date – 16,09,448

- Total number of samples tested today – 42,531

- Total number of persons tested till date – 15,42,234

- Total number of persons tested today – 41,325

- Total number of patients discharged following treatment till date– 89,532

- Total number of patients discharged following treatment today – 3,617

- Total number of deaths today / till date – 68 (25 Private and 43 Govt) / total 1,966
