Corona Update For TN: Check Total Positive Cases, Deaths & Recoveries As On June 12

Tamil Nadu on Friday, June 12, reported 1,982  new cases of COVID-19, taking the total number of cases in the state to 40,698.  

The following is the COVID-19 statistics of Tamil Nadu as of June 12:

- Total number of active cases on date (including isolation) -  18,281*  

- Total number of Male/Female/Transgender tested positive till date – 25,167 / 15,514 / 17 

- Total number of functioning COVID-19 testing facilities – 78 (45 Gov t+33 Private) 

- Total number of samples tested till date –     6,73,906 

- Total number of samples tested today –  18,231 

- Total number of persons tested till date –   40,698 

- Total number of persons tested today –  1,982 

- Total number of patients discharged following treatment till date– 22,047 

- Total number of patients discharged following treatment today –   1,342 

- Total number of deaths today / till date -   18 ( 8 Private and 10 Govt) / total 367
