Pondicherry by election results announced; winner declared! Vikravandi, Nanguneri updates!

By elections were held in two constituencies in Tamil Nadu and in one constituency in Pondicherry on October 21.

The counting began today morning and the result for Pondicherry constituency has been announced.

Congress's John Kumar has won in Pondicherry with over 7000 vote difference. While Congress got 14,782, N.R. Congress got 7,612. N.T. got 620.

As for Nanguneri and Vikravandi ADMK is leading.
