Coimbatore woman gets into accident as lorry runs over her!

This happened on the same day ADMK's Jayagopal and his brother-in-law who put up the banner that killed Chennai techie Subashree got conditional bail.
The News Minute reports "The injuries are severe. She has heavy fracture in one leg and the nerves have been cut in the other leg. She underwent a seven-hour surgery today just to partially redeem the nerves. The doctors have placed her on 48-hour observation to see if there is any infection. They have said that they will proceed with the next surgery to attempt to reconnect the nerves after ensuring there is no infection in the site,” said her relative.
“The temporary flag poles were erected along the road by the political party to welcome their party leader on Monday. When she was travelling, one of the poles was falling. She stopped the bike to avoid the falling pole. It was then that the lorry hit her. One of her legs is fractured and the nerves in the other thigh have been completely damaged" told her relative.
The police have filed FIR against the lorry driver under various sections. They said, “We are however still investigating the incident. As of now we have registered an FIR for accident." They told NDTV that ""The driver has confessed that he was speeding as his owner had asked him to come fast. The flagpoles were erected on the sandy side of the road. There is no way they could have reached the right lane of the highway. We have filed a case only against the truck driver."
