Chennai: Young woman beaten to death

A young woman named Priya was beaten to death while her husband was left with injuries at their house in Vadapalani, Chennai, say reports. The jewellery in their house was robbed. The husband Prabhu, a temple priest, was admitted to Royapettah government hospital. Police are reportedly investigating the CCTV footages from near the couple’s apartment house.
