On Sunday, DMK working president MK Stalin along with his cadres, were arrested in Valluvarkottam in Chennai, where they were protesting against the delay in the formation of the Cauvery Management Board. Meanwhile, Stalin also announced a bandh for April 5. He also urged vendors, farmers, businessmen, students, commoners, etc, to give the much needed support to the shutdown.
Further, he added that not only the Prime Minister but any Union Minister coming to Tamil Nadu will be shown black flag by the party.
