The Christmas celebration in Chennai had its every year mix of road rage by youngsters yesterday (December 24) evening. As usual plenty of people gathered at Santhome St. Thomas Cathedral Basilica for the evening prayers. Meanwhile, youngsters began their road rage after sunset with their vehicles.

In a dangerous stunt, two girls stood out of a running car and made some loud noise which attracted the likes of young boys who raced past them on Kamarajar Road. Reportedly some of the boys took out their mobile phones and filmed the girls flanking at the opposite ends of the car.

Meanwhile, excessive road rage grabbed the attention of Mylapore Deputy Commissioner Desh Shankar Sanjay who sent his team and nabbed more than 100 two-wheelers.

While addressing the press Sanjay advised people to celebrate the occasions without causing any disturbance and further issued a notification to the parents of youngsters not to allow them for wild road rage celebrations for New year.
