Chennai boy chases down chain-snatcher, appreciated by police

After a female doctor's chain was snatched in Anna Nagar, Chennai, young Surya chased him down and retrieved it from him. His brave act was immensely appreciated by the Chennai police.

While speaking to the press, Surya revealed that he was not afraid while chasing the chain-snatcher. A.K. Viswanathan, the Commissioner of Chennai Metropolitan City said, "Surya's act, bravery and state of mind is appreciated." He also asked all the citizens of Chennai to be as brave as Surya.
