At least 7 killed after mini-lorry overturns in TN-Andhra border

According to reports, at least 7 people have been killed after a mini-lorry with around 30 people on board overturned in the Tamil Nadu- Andhra Pradesh border on Saturday night. The vehicle transporting mangoes to Tamil Nadu reportedly overturned in Kangundi hills near Kuppam town in Chittoor district.

Rescue operations are underway to rescue the injured. All the deceased are from Vellore district in Tamil Nadu, say reports. The bodies of the deceased have been recovered. Reports suggest that the bodies will be sent to a government hospital in Kuppam.
