Actor-turned-politician Shatrughan Sinha has reportedly said that his southern counterparts Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan should be clear about why they want to enter politics. Stating that the two actors didn’t seek his advice before entering politics, Sinha warned that politics is not a “bed of roses”.
The BJP lawmaker was quoted as saying, “I hope they have worked out their political screenplays in some detail before taking the plunge. I don't think they have. I hope I am wrong. Because politics is no bed of roses.” He also added that, if Rajinikanth had sought his advice, he would’ve advised against joining politics.
