Glenn Maxwell survives golden duck and Rashid hides his face after bails refuse to fall!

The 67th league match of the IPL series was played at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai yesterday. The Royal Challengers Bangalore, led by Du Plessis, clashed with the Gujarat Titans, led by Hardik Pandya. Batting first, Gujarat scored 168 for 5 in 20 overs. Hardik Pandya top-scored with 62, David Miller (34) and Saha (31).

Batting next, Bangalore scored 170 in 18.4 overs and won by 8 wickets. Virat Kohli top-scored with 73, Captain Du Plessis with 44 and Maxwell with 40. Kohli was awarded the Man of the Match award.

Bangalore's batsman Maxwell batted in the match and escaped from dismissing golden duck. Gujarat spinner Rashid Khan bowled the 15th over of the match. Du Plessis was out in that over, followed by Maxwell. The first ball Maxwell faced was stumped out. So Rashid Khan was excited to be out.

But the bails did not fall down from the stump, so it was reported that it was not out. Following this, Maxwell's 40 off 18 balls was instrumental in Bangalore's victory.
