The second ODI of the 3-match series in Visakhapatnam was an impressive one where Team India was seen in full spirit and fire. 

West Indies Players Spotted Wearing Black Armbands For 2nd ODI In Visakhapatnam   

The first ODI was won by West Indies only because of Shai Hope and Shimron Hetmyer, who were determined to put up a grand score and show. Amid all the excitement and loss, the Windies players were seen wearing black armbands during the match. 

The West Indies team wore black armbands as a mark of respect for the 1960s star player Basil Butcher, who died on Monday at the age of 86. He has 3104 runs in just 78 Test innings along with the highest score of unbeaten 209.

According to Republic World report, Butcher, passed away on December 17 after a prolonged illness. Cricket West Indies (CWI) had released a statement had released a statement on the same and also conveyed their condolences to the family.  

Coming back to the action packed match, Team India did exceptionally well in Visakhapatnam with both bat and ball. They levelled the 3-ODI series 1-1 on Wednesday.

India made 387/5 while West indies bundled out for 280 to draw level. The finale will now be played in Cuttack on December 22.
