All-rounder Hardik Pandya sent Indian cricket team’s fans into a frenzy during the first T20 International against Ireland in Dublin. Pandya finished the first innings with a sixer off Peter Chase’s bowling. However, what created much buzz in the social media is the style of the shot.
The all-rounder smashed a helicopter shot to the maximum over the bowler’s head. Former captain MS Dhoni is famous for his helicopter shots in the death overs.
India registered an emphatic win against Ireland by 76 runs. India set a target of 209 runs. Openers Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan thrashed the Ireland bowlers to lead the team to the formidable total. Ireland lost after scoring only 132 runs.
