A day after Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) deleted all its photos across social media, team players like AB de Villiers, Yuzvendra Chahal and Bangalore captain Virat Kohli were shocked and confused to see what was happening.

Virat Kohli, who is leading Team India in New Zealand took to social media and said that he was surprised to see the social media accounts of RCB disappeared. He expressed shock as despite being the captain he was not even informed.

"Posts disappear and the captain isn't informed. @rcbtweets let me know if you need any help," Virat Kohli posted on his social media handle.

Other cricketers like Indian leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal was also confused over the same. He tweeted saying, "Arey @rcbtweets, what googly is this? Where did your profile pic and Instagram posts go?". Meanwhile, AB de Villiers, who is also part of the team expressed shock over RCB's strange social media antics. 

"Folks at @rcbtweets, what's happened to our social media accounts? ?? I hope it's just a strategy break. ????" de Villiers said on social media. 

Talking about the team- RCB has not been able to win IPL since 2008. Yesterday, fans were left in a tizzy after the account removed its profile picture and cover picture even the name was changed to just ‘Royal Challengers’. The same was done on the IPL franchise's Instagram and Facebook accounts. 

According to NDTV sports report, RCB's social media antics come a day after the franchise signed a new title sponsor for IPL 2020. Check the cricketers post below:
