When the match took pace, one of Indian fielders was caught shouting 'two' in final innings, when New Zealand batsmen were just taking one run. This new behaviour was not approved by Umpire Richard Kettleborough, who instantly revolted and warned the Indian Team.
Umpire Richard Kettleborough not just warned Virat Kohli on the field but was seen having a word with the skipper. To which the captain explained that he was just trying to alert the fielder of a second run.
A video of umpire Kettleborough is currently going viral where he is seen saying, “No shouting two,” You shouted two there. No, you’re not, you shouted here, enough please.” Kettleborough said.
Highliting about the game, India were all out for 124 in their second innings of 132 for a 2-0 whitewash. According to India Today report, the series defeat was India’s first in the ongoing ICC World Test Championship and also first since 2018 when The Men in Blue lost in England.
