Australian batsman Steve Smith, is currently playing for a Sheffield Shield game against Western Australia at Sydney Cricket Ground.

In this game, he has registered himself in the slowest-ever first-class century but him scoring a century is not making headlines, what stole the headline was his "bizarre dismissal".

In the video that is going viral, he can be seen putting an upper-cut off a Marcus Stoinis bouncer when he got out. During the game, the Smith got out in a bizarre fashion as the umpire judged him caught out when he was trying to play an uppercut off Marcus Stoinis' delivery, within seconds wicket-keeper Josh Inglis who was was standing near the stumps caught it. 

Following which, the decision from the umpire left Simth stunned as he was clearly not happy with the dismissal. Smith has been performing good on the field after his return from ball-tampering. He is currently gearing himself for the upcoming two-match Test series against Pakistan, which begins on November 21.
