The salaries of the coaches of Indian Premier League franchises for the recently-concluded 11th edition have been revealed by reports. Daniel Vettori, head coach of Royal Challengers Bangalore, is the highest paid coach. However, reports didn’t mention his package.


RCB’s bowling coach, Ashish Nehra, is paid Rs 4 Crore, while Delhi Daredevils head coach Ricky Ponting and Chennai Super Kings head coach Stephen Fleming draw cheques of Rs 3.7 Crore and Rs 3.2 Crore respectively.


Virender Sehwag, mentor of Kings XI Punjab, gets paid Rs 3 Crore, while Rajasthan Royals’ mentor Shane Warne, receives Rs 2.7 Crore. Jacques Kallis, head coach of Kolkata Knight Riders and Mumbai Indians’ head coach Mahela Jayawardene draw cheques of Rs 2.5 Crore and Rs 2.25 Crore respectively.


Sunrisers Hyderabad’s coaching staff, VVS Laxman and Tom Moody, get Rs 2 Crore, while Gary Kirsten, batting coach RCB, and Lasith Malinga, bowling mentor MI, are paid Rs 1.5 Crore each.
