Are Jadeja and Manjrekar Fighting Again? Latest Twitter Posts Leave Fans Confused
Home > News Shots > Sports newsEveryone remembers the spat between commentator Sanjay Manjrekar and all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja when the former called him a ‘bits and piece’ cricketer during the 2019 World Cup. As expected, Jadeja wasn’t pleased seeing those comments and retorted, “Still i have played twice the number of matches you have played and i m still playing. Learn to respect ppl who have achieved.i have heard enough of your verbal diarrhoea. @sanjaymanjrekar.” (sic) Later, Manjrekar had tended his apologies to Jadeja and was even seen praising him subsequently.
Now, Manjrekar and Jadeja again set tongues wagging with a couple of exchanges on Twitter. Referring to the second international T20 against New Zealand, Manjrekar said that a bowler should have scalped the Man of the Match award, to which Jadeja jocularly responded, “What is the name of that bowler?? Pls pls mention 🤪.” (sic)
Soon enough, it was Sanjay’s turn to reply and this is what he said:
Ha ha...Either you or Bumrah. Bumrah, because he was extremely economical while bowling overs no 3, 10, 18 and 20. https://t.co/r2Fa4Tdnki

While some fans sighed in relief that it was a peaceful conversation, some others wondered if Jadeja was taking a dig at Manjrekar.
