Pakistani legend praises Kohli’s team, gets trolled

Former Pakistani fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar heaped praises on Indian cricket team after Virat Kohli’s men defeated England in the final T20I on Sunday. He also took note of opener Rohit Sharma’s swashbuckling century performance. Rohit knocked his third T20I century in the match.

While England had set a target of 199, India reached the target with an ease as Rohit Sharma thrashed the English bowlers. India won the three-match T20I series 2-1.

Akhtar wrote on Twitter, “Pakistan beats Australia in a thriller & now in decider Hindustan beats England comprehensively that goes to shows that subcontinent teams are so well equipped in shorter format .. But outstanding innings by Rohit Sharma.. 3 hundred in T20 is something else.”

However, Akhtar’s praise for India, Rohit Sharma didn’t go well with Pakistani fans. They started trolling the former fast bowler.
