In the match between Islamabad United and Quetta Gladiators, the young bowler stunned the crowd and New Zealand’s Luke Ronchi with a 142 kmph yorker.
During the match, when batsman Ronchi was thinking for an off-side, least did he know that the delivery coming his way would be too fast for him to deal with. Shah, who noticed Ronchi shuffling to his leg side bowled a yorker which totally surprised the batsman.
Shah, surprisingly returned with figures of 2/23 in the match. Talking about the match, Islamabad United posted a healthy 187-7 on the board. While South Africa’s Colin Ingram top-scored with a 40-ball 63*.
Shah, who recently played against Bangladesh in a Test series managed to take a hat-trick in the 1st Test that was played at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.
