New Zealand all-rounder Mitchell Santner has reportedly been ruled out of action due to injury. Santner suffered a knee injury during the ODI series against England and New Zealand. Santner will undergo surgery on his knee which will rule him out of action for up to nine months. With the surgery, Santner will miss the 11th edition of the IPL which is set to begin on April 7. Santner was picked up by CSK for Rs 50 lakh during the auction.
