Former Star Cricketer Gets Skin Cancer Removed; Shares Photo With Message

As a sigh of relief to all fans, Clarke recently opened up saying that the skin cancer has been removed from his forehead.
Clarke shared a picture on Instagram after the surgery which shows stitches on his forehead. Through the picture, he appealed youngsters to take care of the skin and protect it from the sun.
He captioned the picture saying, "Another day, another skin cancer cut out of my face... youngsters out there make sure you are doing all the right things to protect yourself from the sun".
Meanwhile, Australian swimmer Grant Hackett and Pakistan cricketer Ahmad Shahzad commented on the picture saying "You have made me book an appointment bro! @michaelclarkeofficial," Hackett wrote. While Shahzad wrote, "Legend".
As per NDTV sports, Clarke was diagnosed with skin cancer in 2006, he has been an ambassador for the Cancer Council since 2010. He retired from international cricket after the Ashes series in 2015.
