Chennai Super Kings restricted Royal Challengers Bangalore for just 127 runs with the loss of 9 wickets from their 20 overs.

 

 

After winning the toss, CSK captain MS Dhoni chose to field first. RCB was struck in the second over itself as they lost their opening batsman Brendon McCullum - 5 (3). RCB lost their captain Virat Kohli - 8 (11) and key batsman Ab De Villiers - 1 (4) in quick succession. RCB opener Pathiv Patel got the majority of the runs as he scored 53 runs off 41 balls. RCB's Tim Southee scored an useful 36 runs of 26 balls. CSK all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja picked up three wickets as spinner Harbhajan Singh picked up two wickets.

 

 

CSK needs 128 runs from 120 balls.
