Breaking!!! Another Huge Blow for CSK???
Home > News Shots > Sports newsCSK started this tournament without Lungi Ngidi because of Injury. He was the strike bowler that CSK were looking to use, particularly in places like Mumbai, Bangalore, and Mohali. Scott Kuggeleijn, from New Zealand was named as the replacement and he has recently arrived and will be available for the next game.
They later lost David Willey due to personal reasons who would have been a good back up option for Bravo.
Now after the game against Mumbai, it is reported that Dwayne Bravo is injured. We saw him struggle with his running between the wickets when he was batting and later Dhoni confirmed during the post-match interview that Bravo has a hamstring injury.
At this stage, the extent of the injury not clear. Hopefully, he can recover soon. Scott Kuggeleijn can expect to make his CSK debut in the game against Punjab on Saturday, 6th of April. It will be a huge blow for CSK if Bravo's injury is serious and if he is ruled out of the IPL, since he is an invaluable player for CSK and holds the key in bowling the death overs of the innings.
