Footage of England Fans Caught Abusing Steve Smith & David Warner; Video Goes Viral!
Home > News Shots > Sports newsThe biggest rivalry and hatred is between Australia and England fans; they can't stand each other at any cost. In many cases, it has been very evident when fans from both sides would kill each other with words and actions whenever an opportunity came up.
Recently, a new trailer for Amazon’s upcoming documentary The Test, shows how England fans hurled abuse at Steve Smith and David Warner during the first Test at Edgbaston. During that game, Australia won by 251 runs.
In the video which was released by CA from their upcoming Amazon documentary shows how intense the situation was. England fans could be heard shouting “cheat, cheat, cheat” as the team left Birmingham ground.It did not stop there, men were also seen shouting “Cry on the telly, we saw you cry on the telly."
Most of the chants were pointed at Steve Smith, David Warner and Cameron Bancroft. The video ends with how well the Australian team handled all the abuse with smiling faces.
Both cricketers- Steve Smith and David Warner have previously served a one-year ban from International cricket after their involvement in the ball-tampering scandal.
Following which, they even participated in the ODI world cup but were greeted with boos all through the tournament. Watch the video below:
