On Sunday (November 10), England took on New Zealand in Auckland in the series decider match. The nail-biting thriller of the match tied after England levelled the score of 146 posted by New Zealand.
In the Super Over, England batted first and posted a target of 18 for the Kiwis to win the series. England's Eoin Morgan and Bairstow played brilliant innings against Tim Southee's Super Over deliveries.
Later New Zealand batsmen Seifert and Guptill faced the Super of England's Jordan. While Seifert was dismissed in the 4th delivery, New Zeland managed to get only 8 at the end of Super Over.
Therefore, England won the series by 3-2 which and the game had a strong reminiscent of world cup finals for fans. Jonny Bairstow was named man of the match for his brilliant 47 of 18 balls.
