At a recent event in Mumbai, when journalists were asking him questions about his future in cricket-he gave the best cheeky response. “January tak mat poocho (Don’t ask me till January),” said Dhoni as he left the venue.
During the event, Dhoni also spoke about his two favourite cricket memories.
Team India missed Dhoni in the squad right from the home series against South Africa and Bangladesh. He has also recently opted out for the upcoming series with West Indies which begins in December.
However, BCCI President Sourav Ganguly has ruled out the speculations of Dhoni’s retirement stating that “You know champions don’t finish quickly."
