WATCH! Deepak Chahar Tries Ashwin's ‘Mankading’ Trick on Aaron Finch; Twitter Reacts 

As 'Mankading' has become a HOT topic of discussion in IPL 2020; during the match between Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), pacer Deepak Chahar tried a small attempt on Aaron Finch during the game.

After a scary episode of a near ‘run-out’ against Delhi Capitals, Aaron Finch was extra-cautious this time on the field. Chahar, who tried to remove the opener with the perfect in-swinger to catch him off-guard ended up with a failed attempt. 

The moment took place when Deepak Chahar went to pick up wickets in the powerplay, against Aaron Finch and Devdutt Padikkal. After a first-ball that swung away from Padikkal’s reach, Chahar made a comeback in the next delivery.

During his run-up midway through to the bowling crease, Chahar stopped and gauged where the Australian opener was at the non-striker’s end before attempting a ‘cheeky’ Mankading attempt to copy Ravichandran Ashwin. 

After being warned, Finch, was seen being cautious and on point as the opener just held his place at the non-striker’s end without much derailment.
