CSK, one of the most luckiest teams in IPL history???

CSK has been the most successful team in the IPL. They have maintained their core set of players and hence have developed a massive fan following who have been extremely loyal over the years.

There have been a few people criticizing CSK with the kind of luck they have had in the IPL. It is true to an extent that CSK has had their fair share of luck.

For example, in 2012, 5 teams results had to go CSK's way for them to qualify and they did. RR had to lose a game, Hyderabad had to win 2 games, Delhi had to win 1, KXIP had to lose 1 and RCB had to lose 1 which all happened and they managed to qualify.

We have seen the imprtance that toss plays in a game. Except for 2008 and 2012, CSK has been among the top 4 teams in terms of winning tosses every year they have played.
This year, CSK has won 12 out of the 16 tosses so far including 9 tosses in a row during the group stage.

Having said that, they have played extremely well and deserve everything that comes their way. They have been a huge force in the IPL and hope to continue to dominate in the years to come.
