Game Of Thrones is a famous English serial which concluded earlier this year. The quote was used in the series by the sword teacher of Arya Stark (the youngest of the Stark daughters), Syrio Forel. The complete quote goes as: "There is only one god, and His name is Death. And there is only one thing we say to Death: 'not today'." The same is also recited during the third episode of the 8th season where she kills the Night King.
Then later when a fan asked for explanation, CSK replied with another tweet which revealed, "Success doesn't have full stop but only comma" which is also a reference from a Mahesh Babu film, Maharishi.
