Calls at 4 am: Rohit Sharma Angry Over Kieron Pollard; the Windies Skipper Responds!
Home > News Shots > Sports newsFrom unfollowing on Twitter then to getting wake-up calls as early as 4 am now, Kieron Pollard keeps reminding Rohit Sharma of the upcoming India vs West Indies series.
On Friday morning, Rohit took to Twitter to share a few angry emoticons while tagging Pollard on it. In response, the Windies skipper shared an advertisement video in which Rohit is seen receiving a 'wake-up' call at 4 am from a man upon Pollard's insistence.
"Good morning, Brohit. Hope you got your 'wake up call' ahead of #INDvWI!" Pollard captioned the video.
In an earlier video released to spice up the build-up to the series, Rohit picks up Pollard from the airport and leaves him alone in the middle of a highway.
India and West Indies will feature in three T20 Internationals and as many One-day internationals starting December 6. The Caribbean side toured India last year only to get defeated by 0-2 in Test matches and 1-3 in the ODIs before getting whitewashed in the shortest format of the game.
Earlier this year, Virat Kohli & Co. toured the Caribbean islands for another full-series where they once again whitewashed the Windies in all the three formats.
Good morning, Brohit.
Hope you got your ‘wake up call’ ahead of #INDvWI! 🤙😜#PollardsPayback @ImRo45 pic.twitter.com/nkAPkeef2x
