Following a one-year ban on Australian cricketers Steve Smith and David Warner by Cricket Australia for the ball-tampering scandal, reports have emerged that the BCCI has dropped the duo from the 11th edition of the Indian Premier League that is set to kick-start from April 7, with defending champions Mumbai Indians taking on the returning Chennai Super Kings. Another setback for the cricketers!
Earlier, Steve Smith and David Warner quit captaincy of their respective franchises, Rajasthan Royals and Sunrisers Hyderabad.
