Ashwin gets stumped by journalist's 'Clean and Pure' question, entire room bursts laughing!

Ashwin is part of the Team India's pink ball day and night test squad. This is the first time he is playing a pink ball. During the briefing, a journalist asked him a question in Hindi which Ashwin described as 'clean and pure' Hindi and he was bowled by it.

Ashwin lost his comprehension and the entire room burst out laughing. He said while he tried his best to improve his Hindi, he was still not able to understand such clean and pure Hindi.

"Having said that, I think the next Test, the pink-ball game, is a great welcoming sign. As a Test-playing country, it was necessary for India since people who miss cricket because of work will come and watch" he said.

He also said that the pink ball has more lacquer and the game is going in the right direction as office going crowd will also watch test matches now.
