Will Ambati Rayudu and Dwayne Bravo Return for CSK in IPL 2020? Franchise CEO Shares Update!

Chennai Super Kings (CSK), who are currently at the bottom of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 points table after a string of disappointing results, fans are worried for the team's upcoming games in the tournament. 

Few players, who are not part of the season while others have been injured; franchise CEO Kasi Viswanathan, shared positive news on the return of Ambati Rayudu and Dwayne Bravo ahead of CSK's next match against Sunrises Hyderabad (SRH).

“Rayudu has recovered well from a hamstring strain and will play in the next game. He ran and sprinted during training and batted without any discomfort at the nets,” the CSK CEO told Sportstar.

“He bowled well at the nets,” added Viswanathan when asked about Bravo. Further giving an update about the team, he said CSK are working hard to make a strong comeback in the campaign. “We have bounced back from adversity in the past. We will do so again," he finally said. 

Highlighting Rayudu and Bravo's performance- Ambati Rayudu was the star performer of CSK's only win so far against Mumbai Indians (MI). Ever since his absence, the team has been struggling to put up a good score.

Coming to Dwayne Bravo; he is another big player who has been injured but as per Viswanathan, has been bowling well in the nets and could be an option against SRH, on October 2.
