Mithun got lucky during the match, which was between Tamil Nadu and Karnataka at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium where he dismissed Shahrukh Khan (27), M Mohammed (10) and Murugan Ashwin (0) in the final over of the Tamil Nadu innings.
This day will be the most memorable one as he achieved it on his 30th birthday.
According to Times Now report, during the 50th over, Mithun dismissed Shahrukh who was caught by Manish Pandey, after which batsman Mohammed was caught exceptionally well by Devdutt Padikkal.
Not forgetting, Murugan who was dismissed by Mithun as he was caught at extra cover by Krishnappa Gowtham. With this innings, Tamil Nadu came to a halt of 252.
By end of this match, Mithun had made an amazing score with 5/34. He also bagged the title to become the first bowler to take a hat-trick in the Vijay Hazare Trophy final.
