Police in Uttar Pradesh have arrested a youth who threw cash while traveling in a car and seized his car.

In Noida, Uttar Pradesh, a youth traveling in a car flew banknotes into the street. Also, the person who drove the car that was fitted with the siren at high speed has made the siren sound.
