Arun Bothra, a senior IPS officer, who is the Transport Commissioner of Odisha, is super-active on his Twitter handle and shared an incident that happened to him recently. Going by the tweet, he had arrived at the airport in Jaipur, the state capital of Rajasthan, yesterday and carried a few baggages with him.
The Bag
Officials at the airport's inspection unit said they had to check the IPS officer's bag. Following this, Arun opened his bag and the airport officials were equally shocked and surprised for a while after finding what was inside it. Yes, there were kilos of green peas in the bag of Arun Bothra.

Following this, Arun shared a photo of his bag full of green peas on his official Twitter page, and captioned, "Security staff at Jaipur airport asked to open my handbag".
Arun Bothra's tweet has received 62 thousand likes so far. Also, fellow IPS and IFS officers have come up with several amusing reactions.
40 rupees per kg
Responding to a question from a Twitter user, Arun said, "The green peas were sold for 40 rupees a kilo. That's why I bought 10 kg."
