'Wow' offer! You can now fly to the US for just Rs 13,499

Iceland's budget airlines, Wow Air on Tuesday announced the introduction of pocket-friendly fares for flight services from New Delhi to places like Iceland, London and USA. Reportedly, this will be Wow Air's first venture into Asia.

In a press meet on Tuesday, Chief Executive Officer Skuli Mogensen said that travellers will be offered a one-way economy class fare from New Delhi to places like Iceland, London and the US starting at Rs 13,499. However, the 13,499 price will not include amenities like food. Food will be included in the Wow's business-class that starts at Rs 46,599.

Mogensen also said, "Wow Air also plans to add more flights to India as the country strongly moves ahead to become the world’s third-largest tourism economy in the next ten years."
