Woman commits suicide, live streams the act on Facebook

According to reports, an 18-year-old girl from Kolkata committed suicide by hanging herself on Saturday night and reportedly live-streamed the act on Facebook. The girl was feeling down after meeting up with her alleged boyfriend on Saturday.

The deceased's mother alleges that the girl was silent after coming back home. However, the mother had to leave the girl alone in the house on Saturday evening. When the girl did not wake up in the morning on Sunday, her mother went inside her room and found her hanging from the ceiling fan.

During the investigation, the police discovered that she had live-streamed her suicide act.
