Witnesses in Sushant’s Death Case Receive Death Threats, “They Might be Killed” – Shocking Report
Home > News Shots > India newsAs the speculations regarding the sudden demise of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput have been increasing and several new evidences are emerging, in a rather startling claim, a relative of the late actor has said that the witnesses are receiving death threats.
On Tuesday, August 18, Niraj Singh Babloo, BJP MLA and relative of Sushant claimed that several people who have appeared as witnesses in this case are being threatened. He further slammed the Mumbai police for not providing protection to them. He expressed that he is genuinely scared for the witnesses as he is afraid that they might be killed by those involved in the mysterious case.
The CBI has further opposed the Bihar police’s plea to investigate the case. The CBI said, “The main plea taken in the petition and argued is that most of the transactions took place in Mumbai and accordingly Bihar Police has no jurisdiction to investigate the matter.” Earlier the Maharashtra police had also said in an affidavit that the Bihar Police did not have the jurisdiction to probe into the case.
The CBI had also submitted a plea at the top court, seeking permission to probe into the financial aspect of the actor’s demise.
Sushant Singh (34) was found hanging in his apartment in Bandra, Mumbai on June 14.
