Home > News Shots > India newsThe murder of an accountant which had happened last week, at Jaipur has now been solved. The police have reported that the deceased’s wife and the man that she was in a relationship with conspired to kill.
The two accused revealed that the couple looked at YouTube videos to find the right way to kill the woman’s husband. Since the nation-wide lockdown was on-going, the two couldn’t meet. But they had planned the murder over phone. They admitted that they were inspired by television shows.
Suresh Sharma (43) the deceased, was found dead. His body was dumped on the roadside and the Bagru police took up the case. Sharma had multiple injuries on the upper part of his body.
After investigating the case, the police revealed that Kusum Sharma (35) and her boyfriend Puran Mahavar (40) were the murderers. The both are now held under custody. They told the police that they had known each other since 1998, after which Kusum got married. However, they got back in touch and rekindled their relationship.
“Kusum and Puran rekindled their relationship and during the lockdown, they started planning Suresh’s murder. On the day of the incident, Puran called the victim and claimed that he had some information about Kusum. When Suresh reached the decided spot, Puran first thrashed him and then ran him over with his vehicle to ensure that he died,” said police officer Brij Bhushan.
