Who is Shruti Modi? Why has CBI Booked her in Sushant Singh Rajput Death Case? Details

The CBI recently filed an FIR against six people in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case. The list includes Rhea Chakraborty, her father Indrajit Chakraborty, mother Sandhya Chakraborty, brother Showik Chakraborty, Sushant’s house manager Samuel Miranda and Shruti Modi. They were booked under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) such as abetment to suicide, criminal conspiracy, wrongful restraint/ confinement, theft, criminal breach of trust, cheating and other offences. 

This has raised questions about Shruti Modi. She was known closely to both Sushant as well as Rhea Chakraborty. According to media reports, her Instagram account, an unverified account is being followed by both Sushant as well as Rhea Chakraborty. 

Reportedly She was the former manager of Rhea and her brother Showik Chakraborty. According to Zeenews.india.com, Mumbai Police had recorded statement from Shruti Modi as a part of the investigation.

Actor Sushant Singh Rajput reportedly died by suicide in his Mumbai residence on June 14.
