Van rams truck in UP; 12 killed

According to reports, a speeding van with 16 passengers on board rammed into a stationary truck on the National Highway in Lakhimpur Kheri on Saturday, killing at least 12 people, injuring four.

Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath reportedly expressed grief over the deaths in the accident and directed the officials concerned to act immediately for ensuring all possible help and proper treatment to the injured.
