Before stealing valuables, this thief does the most bizarre thing!

In an amusing case, a thief robbed a house where the house warming ceremony was held just a couple of days back. The theft took place at the residence of P. P. Suneesh in Kerala's Irattakulangara town in the wee hours of Monday.

According to Mathrubhumi reports, the house warming ceremony was held on Friday. Gold bangles and earrings of two sovereigns, two expensive brand new watches and cash worth Rs 22,000 was kept in the house that were stolen. The thief broke into the house after destroying the tower bolt of the kitchen door.

Not just that, a birthday cake and a watermelon which was kept inside the fridge was also found to be eaten and discarded near the well, the Mathrubhumi reported.

Shocked over the incident, the family lodged a complaint with Kannavam police. Soon after that, the police and dog squad conducted a thorough search in the house and its premises.
