College student set on fire by classmate

In a shocking incident in Telangana, a college student was set on fire by her classmate. The student is in serious condition and has been taken to the hospital.

The incident took place in Hanumakonda town in Warangal on Wednesday morning. The girl was reportedly on her way to college when the attacker, Pendyala Sai Anvesh poured petrol on her and set her ablaze. When passersby tried to save her, Anvesh threatened to burn them as well.

Reportedly, the girl suffered 80 per cent burns on her body and is being treated at the hospital. Avnesh was caught by locals and handed over to the police.
